"No Questions" Asked Return Policy:

At Hawaii Bound International, if you are dissatisfied with our product(s), you can return it for a full refund of the product cost. We do not refund shipping unless the it is our fault that you are returning. We offer a "No Questions" asked return policy on all of our items.

Item(s)must be returned within 30 days of purchase date and must be returned in Good Condition and cannot be returned in a used condition). We truly want you to be happy with your purchase(s) from Hawaii Bound International and will do whatever it takes to make you happy and make it right for you.

Hawaii Bound International wants you to be 100% satisfied with our service and our merchandise. If an item is returned because it is our fault or mistake, we will pay return shipping costs. If you decide that you just dont want the item(s) then you pay the return shipping costs.

Contact us via email or telephone within 30 days of purchase date to let us know that you will be returning your item(s) and to receive a Return Authorization from our Returns Department. All returns must have a Return Authorization approval from us before we issue you a full refund.

Order Acceptance and Processing Policy:

Hawaii Bound International reserves the right at any time after receipt of order to accept or decline the order for any reason. All orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification by our credit and fraud department. This may delay the processing of your order. We may notify you that we must ship to the credit card billing address. This is all done to protect you, and us as the merchant. Your Safety and Security is our top priority. Damaged/ Items Missing Policy:

Any damages or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery. All original packing and shipping boxes and materials are needed to file a claim for damaged items with the United States Postal Service. We are only able to refund shipping costs if an incorrect item was shipped. If an item arrives damaged, Hawaii Bound International will send out another item to you at no cost to you.
