Per California State Law, The applicable 8.275% state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses in California.

"No Questions" Asked Return Policy:

At Hawaii Bound International, if you are dissatisfied with our product(s), you can return it for a full refund. We offer a "No Questions" asked return policy on all of our items.

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase date and must be returned in Good Condition and cannot be returned in a used condition). We truly want you to be happy with your purchase(s) from Hawaii Bound International and will do whatever it takes to make you happy and make it right for you.

Hawaii Bound International wants you to be 100% satisfied with our service and our merchandise. If an item is returned because it is our fault or mistake, we will pay return shipping costs. If you decide that you just donít want the item(s) then you pay the return shipping costs.

Contact us via email or telephone within 30 days of purchase date to let us know that you will be returning your item(s) and to receive a Return Authorization from our Returns Department. All returns must have a Return Authorization approval from us before we issue you a full refund.

Order Acceptance and Processing Policy:

Hawaii Bound International reserves the right at any time after receipt of order to accept or decline the order for any reason. All orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification by our credit and fraud department. This may delay the processing of your order. We may notify you that we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box and/or must ship to the credit card billing address. This is all done to protect you, and us as the merchant. Your Safety and Security is our top priority. We cannot be held responsible if an order is delayed for any of these or other reasons. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our customer service department at 800-520-1494.

Damaged/ Items Missing Policy:

Any damages or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery. All original packing and shipping boxes and materials are needed to file a claim for damaged items with the United States Postal Service. We are only able to refund shipping costs if an incorrect item was shipped. If an item arrives damaged, Hawaii Bound International will send out another item to you at no cost to you.

A. Hawaii is one of our most favorite vacations spots, we love everything Hawaii, we love the people, we love the beauty of the islands, we love the easy, peaceful living ways of Hawaii. It is truly a magical place to be. If you haven't been we highly recommend it, then you will see why we fell in love with Hawaii. The name Hawaii Bound International was formed because it is our Dream to one day hopefully move our Business Operations to Hawaii.

Q. What type of payments do you accept?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards and we also accept PAYPAL if you prefer. We also accept, Personal Checks and Money Orders from US Residents.

Q.How long does it take for my order to ship?

A. We process orders 7 days a week. All in stock items ship the same day that we receive payment from you (Except Sunday) We will email or contact you immediately if there will be a delay in your shipment. You will then have an option, to either cancel your order or continue with your order with us. All back ordered items will be sent out to you via priority mail once we get the item back in stock, without any additional charges to you. Most customers tell us that they have received their items approximately 2-3 days after they placed their order with us.

Q. Do you ship C.O.D?

A. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship items C.O.D

Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A. Yes, we ship Worldwide everyday! (Except Sunday) and we proudly welcome all International customers!

Q. Do you ship items overnight?

A. Yes, it depends on the item and availability. Please e mail us for overnight services prices.

Q. What if I am uncomfortable giving my credit card info over the Internet?

A. We understand and respect that not everyone likes ordering over the Internet. For this reason, All US Residents can Mail us their order along with a Personal Check or Money Order (Please see our mail order section for mail order instructions)
